Michael H. Bonner received his undergraduate degree from the University of California in 1971 and his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law.

Mr. Bonner worked with the United States Department of Energy in the mid-1970' and since 1979 has been in the private practice of law in San Francisco, California representing clients throughout the United States.

Mr. Bonner's clients have included refined petroleum distributors and resellers, semiconductor designers and fabricators, software developers, web developers, electronic storage companies, commercial real estate developers, and a wide array of high income individuals facing an extensive range of investment issues.
